a typical day of mine
hi, this was my day yesterday, working mother's version. today is still progressing welll and much like yesterday...
6:30am -- up and started my yoga session (about 40-45 mins)
7:10am -- took a shower and got dressd for work
7:40am -- left the house for work
8:10am -- sienna up, got prepared by Dad and got dropped off at her pre-school by Dad before 9:00am
8:30am -- ate my big fat whole wheat bagle with 2 scrambled egges + ham + lots of butter at my desk. i grabbed it on my way to work
8:30am - 5:00pm served my compay + surfed the internet
1:00pm -- went for a walk through a underground path to the mall, ate my lunch and paid my daily visit to baby gap and other stores, shopping or window shopping.
5:00pm -- left the office to head home, sienna got picked up at the same time by Dad
5:40pm -- got home and started preparing dinner. after sienna finished watching "shrek" one more time, she came to play in the kitchen where she had her own set of kitchen. we checked each other's progress and had converstation about what went on at the school.
6:45pm - 7:45pm -- spear ribs for dinner with rice and lots of broccolis. sienna ate lots of grapes afterwards. while eating, watched seinfeld re-runs. sienna loves it especially kramer
7:30pm -- watched ET. sienna sometimes won't let me change the channel. she wanted to stay on the channel and watch "friends"!
7:45pm -- started cutting paper pieces and glued them onto a ever growing ring chain. used way too much glue. i washed dishes and mopped the floor. meanwhile she was still on her boost seat working away on her project.
7:50pm -- wanted to go poop. she goes like a clock, well, almost. never happened in school and rarely happened other times. sat on toilet flipping through her favorite "cat in the hat" book -- went to the premier of the movie together.
8:10pm -- bath time. played in the tub with her tea set.
8:30pm -- asked to wear her skirt so that she could dance to the music. she loves to practise spinning and trying to brake right at the point she wants to. i cheered her on. she loves watching skating show on TV.
8:50pm -- picked up a puzzle set from the shelf and looked for the clock and pointed to me at the number 2, "i go to bed here". sienna loves doing puzzles. i don't think they have puzzles at school. she is working on 40-pieces now. she asks me to put one piece then she takes her turn. she is definitely better than me now.
9:10pm -- time was up. but she piled up a few books in front of me... ok, but, "sienna, only one book, please." negotiation time.
9:30pm -- finally settle her in bed. blanky in place, ravel's bolero played on CD --she must go to bed with these.
9:30pm -- watched "101 hookups in hollywood" on !E channel
10:30pm -- watched will & grace and slipped into my dream
