Our Own Restaurant
The whole family got good taste for food. So it was not such a surprise when they surprised me with a restaurant of our own. My brother and my sister-in-law opened a restaurant with her brother in the community. It’s been a month and the profits are already even.
On top of good tastes, they've got good heads put together. They have decorated the place up to its standards. Every day they sit and talk about how to improve the business. I am so proud to be part of it. They are adopting a few suggestions that I made. For example, they let me reorganize the menu so that it is easier to order. I also added a dish into the menu, “clams with cream source”, a takeoff from my favorite “Mussel with cream source" at the restaurants in Canada.
