Food in Contrast

This is the most fancy and upscale food court I have been too, in Canada and China. Yet you find the most authentic street food from China's south and north. This way, you can concentrate on enjoying the food without much concern about the contamination of it.

We got our own assorted ingridents from a "movenpick" like place and they stir-fried it in what's called "spicy pot." Huge line up for the operation. I finally gathered enough determination and patience to go for it.
