lion king is missing from his kingdom

the garden brothers' circus was good. it could be better though. after we watched some cirque du soleil on tv, we might have acquired very different standards about circus. eventually we will go for that.

sienna was just ok with it. the first thing she said about it to other people later of the day was, "there was not a 'lion king'." she loved the musical very much. she was sorry that lion king had to fall down and die. poor simba cried very hard. in a book about crocodile, she was thrilled that the lion ling tricked crocodile by sticking a chair in his mouth when he was about to bite... so there is a little fixation about "lion king" on her part. as far as the circus is concerned, isn't it all about doing tricks with animals? how could they have missed such an important figure in the animal kingdom?
