Going Around China Town

Looks like the family/relatives forces were growing stronger this weekend. My mother's cousin, Aunt Ahni came into town from Pittsburg with her family of three. We haven't seen them for 5 years now. And we are just thrilled to see them.

The city has so much to offer when it comes to food of all nations. To me, this is one of the biggest adventages to live here. To entertain our guests, we cannot see beyond food area. So we started the day with a dim sum brunch at a restaurant inside a Chinese mall.

Aferwards, we took three of them for a tour around "China Town." It's not the "China Town" in the city I live, it's "China Town" as the city itself. The Chinese population in Toronto has increased so much over the last decade. Everywhere you go, you cannot take a look without seeing some Chinese/Asian faces. Our guests felt so much at home as if they were back in China strolling inside a gigantic Chinese mall.

When we met with the rest of the clan at night, our party became 13. We gathered around the table again eating Chinese food at a Chinese restaurant. What else!?
Sienna and I have same style slippers we got in China Town. Mind you, the slippers are being worn by lots of non-Chinese throughout the city this year.
