Cancelled Chinese Class

The school gave out a notice a week ago. For the third time since September, they have changed the Saturday class to Sunday. That would be a decision that affected every kid’s parent to switch their schedules around. We, for example, had to make arrangement to leave Sienna with someone while I went for my singing lesson. Luckily I was asked to take Rachel for her Tea Kwon Do test. I was not so guilty when I dropped both her and Sienna off at their place.

This morning, we were getting all ready to go. The school called about an hour and half before the class started. Due to emergency of whatever kind, the class was called off!

I forgot to mention, this is Sienna’s weekend Chinese program. Only Chinese would do such a thing. And only Chinese would accept it without even thinking of making a complaint. What to complaint about? We send our kid there to learn Chinese. Isn’t this all part of the Chinese package?
