All Because of Elvis, Or Anything Else...

I swear Elvis Presley had never in his life time been to anywhere near this place. Yet, this skiing and golfing resort town holds an Elvis festival, the biggest outside of Memphis, to celebrate his life and music every summer.

We went there mabybe because it was going to be busy: Almost the last one condo unit left for us to book. The reservation for a well known restaurant was solid... Everything became so precious. We therefore must go, to make a group of 11 people.

We went for coffee and to attend the concert by Elvis-look-alikes. We had some pictures taken with another Presley alike couple. "Mrs Presley" gave Sienna one of her purple bracelet. Sienna was so grateful. She went over later and gave her some of her stone collection in return. In the afternoon, all of us went on the mountain gondola ride -- imagine the entertainment it had for someone like me, who is afraid of height. Sienna also had lot of fun at the hotel's swimming pool and hot tub with other kid. The building we stayed is brand new.

We waited the whole day till we went in for our 5:30 dinner reservation at OB. I had jumbo scallops. Lui’s lamb chop looked amazing. We didn’t have to go all the way to this restaurant. There is one right near us. That’s not a problem. We are meeting up close to home in two weeks for another dinner date.
