Better Early Than Late

It’s in the back of my mind. One of these days is C’s birthday. Somehow the 14th of August stood out and stuck. They usually have birthday party among the family members. That doesn’t mean we could skip the present presenting ritual that Sienna hates to miss. I picked up Sienna from the camp and rushed to C’s house to sing the birthday song. As it turned out her birthday is going to be this Saturday. And it turned out they had a great time playing together before I headed home to fix the dinner.

And I am so proud of myself today. I've firmed up 2 trips in one day and even drove over to get the tickets at the travelling agency. See there is hope in turning a new leave and planning ahead of time.
