Face Trouble on the Face

A couple of years ago, we spent big bucks and hired a Mr Fengshui to check our house and us. Many things he suggested we didn’t end up doing. One of things is the removal of a couple of moles on our face. Still having this in my mind, I scheduled an appointment with dermatologist way back and today was the day.

The husband and I both went. On top of the moles, the doctors sold to us a few other spots that could be removed as well. The ones on my face were created by wearing one pair of prescription sun glasses in the sun, in the snow and in the rain, day in and day out for a few years. Not enough warning about sun, like not enough warning about sugar. We both went under the laser and suffered tremendous pain in the first hour of the procedure.

Besides the pain, now, we are also facing some awkwardness because of our face. Since last week, we have lunch or dinner everyday with friends to say good bye. How are we going to face them now with our face like this? Did we have a cat fight and scratched each other so badly? Or did we get scratched all over by our cat, who turned violent due to our departure?
