missing out the fun? i think not

i suggested that we go see santa claus at the parade.

sienna: "can we ask santa claus to come to our house?"
mommy: "why?"
sienna: "our house is cozy. and, and he can bring me my presents."
mommy: "sure, i will ask if i run into him."

sunday morning, she woke up early and called out the first thing, "mommy, can i go to ballet again today?" apparently, sienna is not enthusiastic about the christmas parade or any parade, as experience has taught me. so i didn't have to drive all the way downtown for the event, which is celebrating it's 100th year this year.

just what i wanted. just another case to show how much in sync we are. she ended up spending the whole morning around the round table drawing, cutting, pasting, singing and doing silly dancing moves.
