Mommy's Report Card
Some excerpts of this Mommy's report card, i.e., my 2004-2005 performance review at work. Our year end is end of May every year:
"It is amazing how Min is able to find the answers to the vast majority of issues and challenges that are brought forth in our department. It is a clear sign that Min is a master of her trade. Min can be relied upon to reproduce an idea or a concept into a user experience on the internet."
"Min has been able to demonstrate her expansive set of skills and has always been able to stay one step ahead of suggestions and ideas offered by the company. She is able to resolve an issue or provide a solution without hesitation and without resistance and is able to interpret a coding language and adapt it for business' purposes. Min is easy to work with and is always open to new ideas and interpretations..."
Hey, I particularly like that part -- but shouldn't it be "a mistress of her trade?" The truth is (shshshsh) my work doesn't take much out of me. This way, I can devote a lot of me to being a mother, the most important role of my life.

Its amazing how you are able to balance your role as a mother and come out with flying colors at work as well.Well Done!
My case is really differerent, my bosses can vouch that I have dropped from a high performing employee to someone who just gets the work done and nothing more.
Of course I have no problems with this as being a mother is the most important job in my life to which I devote my 100%

Very impressive Min!
My work doesn't take much of me either..but I too come out with flying colours with my bosses most times! (shhhshhh)
But balancing work and home can be tough sometimes....Bravo to you Min and to us the Working Mom's.
