The Job of Worrying

It looks like they know a thing or two about handling this type of service. Unlike other new places, Sienna liked it right away, even for the first time last year. Their environment is made especially for fun - bright light and bright colors. The rooms are equipped with web cameras for you to monitor your child over the internet, which I never got to use successfully. Could it be that I am behind firewall?
Anyways. I am still not very sure about the constant change of teachers. Everyday I see some new faces. Also, the other day, I went to pick up Sienna. They were playing outside in a stainless steel & glass fenced playground, a small space between high rise office towers. It was hard for me not to imagine if I, or anyone else for that matter, could have taken Sienna away without getting the teachers attention.
Today, they have a family picture day. I forgot to give Sienna a picture to take with her. Over the lunch hour, I walked to give the teacher a picture of three of us. I buzzed and a janitor kind of lady opened the door for me. All smile on her face. No question asked from her. What about if I am a monster in disguise?
Looking through the big glass wall, I thought they were having lunch or having nap somewhere else. No. They were all lying on their own stretch beds, napping, supposedly. Sienna was the only one up sitting on her spot. With all the lights completely up and windows uncovered, "I wouldn't be able to sleep either if I were her..." said Godmother when I told her the situation...
Well, Sienna is not complaining. And we are on the train with other parents and kids who go there everyday. They are not complaining. So maybe I should just keep my complaints to myself in this case. Worrying is a big part of the job to be a parent. Most of the time though, it doesn't even help you being a parent.
