Sweets Have a Secret
In the morning, I went to Tim Horton to order my breakfast usual. "Whole wheat honey bagel, double toasted, double butter." There was a different girl today. She looked up and asked, loud and clear: "how come you can eat so much butter and be still so thin?" I didn't know what to say. Just walked away.
In fact, I have questions to ask this girl too. "Why do people still think that fat is the only thing that get people fat? Is it still a secret that the bleached flavor and especially candies contribute equally, if not more, to putting on one's weight?" Sometimes I asked friends to curb their indulgence in sweets. They said, "oh, you are too extreme. Being balance is good." What balance? Do the cigarettes give a balance to a healthy life style?
Our body doesn't need any sugar supplement. Extra sugar turns into fat... Sugar is pure for indulgence not for nutrition. If I have done anything differently to keep my tummy flat, that's because I might be a sweet lady but I don't have a sweet tooth.
