A Much Shorter Day

The day becomes much shorter now that I don't go to work.

I went to get my dental appointment in the morning and then drove to the best framer in town for a rush job. The frame is hand gilded so that there would be joins shown on the 4 corners. My friend Paula came along with me. We went to have lunch together at a Korean restaurant. I got home and made a couple of phone calls. Then it was time to pick up Sienna already... At night, I had to go to Yiga's house to send a couple fax documents. Long time ago, we had put away our fax machine in the garage and now we need it again. Bummer!

The night has become longer. I accomplish more at night because I don’t worry about not getting enough sleep. That one hour sleep-in in the morning helps carry out the day beautifully -- not like the time when I had to go to work about 10 years ago -- it seems to me.

The most pressing thing on my agenda right now is setting up my study properly. I could no long stand the desk fully covered by stuff. Something needs to be done.
