International Food Day
That's what Sienna's class named their day today.
Earlier this week, I signed up to bring in "egg 'n rolls", my specialty known to people who have known me and had my dish. Then last night, Sienna "ordered" sushi. Either we have sushi at a restaurants or she eats seaweed wrapped rice almost everyday at home. I never tried making sushi myself. Yet, this mother is up for any possible challenges in the motherhood. I ventured out to a gigantic Chinese supermarket very late last night for all the sushi supplies.
From about 10am this morning, I started making 18 sushis and 50 "egg 'n rolls." I love the race with myself this way. A few minutes to 12 noon, I was out with my products with love. The kids and the teachers loved them.
