Min’s Kitchen

When we arrived in Beijing, we didn’t know where to find the best food the city has to offer. So I called friends every time when we had to go out. Now we found this beautiful place that is within a walking distance from our apartment. There are dishes we keep ordering and there are new things that we venture out to test the tastes. It doesn’t belong to any specific school of cuisine but is a fusion of all of them. The food is as artistic as the environment where it is served. We go there at least 2 to 3 times a week if not more. We were there last night and we were here again tonight. It’s called Lin’s Kitchen and I have unofficially changed its name to, what else? Min’s Kitchen.
