Pleasant Present

Before the arrival of our Olympic guests, our neighbor’s friends came. One of them, their 9-year-old daughter, seemed to fly all the way from L.A. especially to meet Sienna. They’ve never met in their life, yet they made instant friend. They play together day and night very nicely. The girl’s mom nearly dragged her out of house for a soccer game. 10 minutes later, she came back to as she gave away the ticket to someone else. Yes, watching an Olympic soccer game is not nearly as fun as playing with Sienna. If that was what she wanted, I supported her. I figured having her around is like a present Sienna is getting for an otherwise dull week.
