letter to the new teacher

dear miss XX,

today, our daughter sienna is going in with her dad to start her first day at your class. unfortunately i couldn't be there to introduce myself in person. so i thought i'd write this note to say "thank you" in advance for taking care of our daughter and gilding her.

i attached two reports we got from sienna's previous teachers. also i included my recent writing as part of my observation of her. we have placed our faith in montessori system. it has been working out beautifully with sienna. we want you to know that your efforts will be greately appreciated. and we will be most willing to co-operate with you through our communications. after all, "it takes a village to raise a child."
