No Magazine Show for Us

So the magazine didn't pick our story to run. I didn't expect it to anyways. The writer wrote me today: "They (the magazine's editors) didn't select your story--even though I liked it! ... I would have loved to have chatted with you about it in more details! But I really appreciate your willingness to participate in the article and to share your story with me."

So I wrote back to thank the writer for her interests in my blog and told her that the exchanges with her. It helped me make more meanings out of mundane events of my child-raising experience. I really look forward to read the article about what typically a grownup woman learns from a their youth counterpart.
