A Doctor's Treat

We went for another visit to dentist's office after last week's cleaning session. This time Dr. N was trying to fix Sienna's one and only cavity on an upper right tooth.

The dental office is decorated like a kids' play room. The most challenging part of the doctor's job is to keep the kid on the chair, not the work inside the mouth. He was telling us the stories about how other kids kicked and screamed. It sounded like the doctor was getting a treat from Sienna while he was treating her. She was such a good little patient. She didn't even give a whine when he used the needle to put a tooth to sleep. Sienna claims that she likes to go to the dentist and all the checkups at the doctor's office. To her, it's like getting a manicure in the spa.
