The Great Wall of China

I took an early flight out this morning to come to Beijing. As soon as I landed, the two fathers were already on their way to the Great Wall of China taking their kids. J's father was asking on the phone, "Do you want us to wait for you?" I was like "Oh, no, no, no. You go ahead." Far from being disappointed, I was in fact very pleased and released that I didn't have to go. I have no recollection that I ever climbed the walls. Logically I should have. Lui came yesterday to join Sienna. They decided they should make the trip, not waiting till tomorrow when the whole country would be on the Labor Day holiday.

The three of us finally met at the end of the day. We went to meet another family of three for dinner. It was raining and so hard to get a cab. We had fun nevertheless.
