Daddy's Bedtime Story

Last night, I had to be out as soon as I put Sienna to bed. Right after I left, Sienna summoned her Daddy to her bed side and stretched her bedtime way too long. She usually doesn’t have much of an issue getting to sleep in my hand. I would take away her blankey if her demands keep on coming. With Daddy, it’s a different story. He is the softie between the two of us. So I heard the story that Daddy told her. It goes something like this:

A Canadian frog goes “rip it, rip it, rip it…” A Chinese frog goes “wa, wa, wa,” The two of them don’t quite understand each other. So they run to a girl named Sienna for help because she knows both of these languages. Sienna says, in English and then in Chinese, “Oh, nothing serious, you were saying hello to each other…”
