Kooza's Cool

We took two girls for a fabulous Cirque du Soleil experience. On tour in the city is Kooza. I watched the entire show with my sunglasses on just in case my face would scare the clowns. We absolutely loved it. So did the kids. The emotions, the color and the atmosphere... Particularly I appreciate the idea of updating the ancient acrobatic art with such boldness and openness. It's really the spirit of our time.

When we came out of the big tent, it was raining. Like the mischievous tricksters in the show, it started to pump and pour. We were soaking wet walking over to our car. I was shivering with cold. Then we were rushing to drop off Rachel for her Tea Kwon Do lesson. Poor girl didn't have a minute to spare for dinner except the junk snack at the show. Then we were starving. Fed Sienna with junk food first. The restaurant we went to made us wait for another 30 minutes. Rushed again to get Rachel and fed her again with junk food... All was worth it. Kooza is really cool. Spectacular!
