Made in China, From U.S.A
Over the few months, I have taken advantage of a stream of guests coming from the west or traveling in between the west and east for a good purpose. Some of them have become my courier services. I ordered stuff on the US web sites, clothing, shoes, and books etc, and ordered my guests to bring back to China for me.
Some things are better and cheaper in US. The Starbucks coffee beans, for example, they charge double the price in Beijing. Other necessity items are Sienna’s clothing. I received a package today from gap.com via our friend and neighbors downstairs. As soon as I opened it, I spotted a few “Made in China” labels. Ironic, but the truth is I cannot find these in China. They all have some flowers here or an animal logo there. I bought some pieces from the European brand "Okaidi". They are nice but still not the same like the gap’s.
