Party Night for Girls
Abby shipped her hubby and son out for a night to host this all-girl party, yet another meticulously organized event. It was a wedding shower for an elegant lady. I, being Abby's side kick, was obliged to go. I took up a new role so that Abby could devote herself to being the hostess. I did what Abby used to do, picture taking. It was again a fabulous party. Abby should make a career out of this.
All the hoity toity guests were dressed up and managed to be casual. Well-wrapped presents kept being carried in. The bride-to-be is at the age when I got married. But I cannot recall that I was ever that young looking. For a glimpse of how the party was armed to a T, this is a picture of the cake, definitely not a bag.
Meanwhile, Sienna was having a party of her own. I sent her there with big carton of strawberry Baskin Robins. She didn't want to come home with me when I went to pick her up. "Mommy, I love you. But I miss Olivia tonight," her words before going bed.
