Other People's Food (Follow-up)
Continuing yesterday's topic... It happened that we had to pay a little visit to Abby's after dinner. On our way there, I tried to strike a deal with Sienna, "Please don't ask Abby for food again, I will give you something to eat when we come home..." Without hesitation, she went, "Oh, I will." I thought I wasn't hearing well, "what?" In a not-so-loud but clear voice, she confirmed, "I will ask Abby for food, Mommy."
... For a few seconds, I was speechless and full of respect. Sienna in a nutshell, huh? So full of herself: alternating to be the most cooperative and understanding 4-year-old and a plain head-strong individual - with good rhythms and reasons of her very own.

Did we actually think that this intelligent little girl was not going to have a mind of her own and be vocal about it? hehehe :)
