Family On the Go

The emotions are a bit mixed, to say the least, about leaving home or heading home. In any case though, at this point of time in our life, it's good, it's all good. I should not feel disturbed by the options and choices.

Sienna has been super on the airplane considering we are on board of an airplane for 13 hours. She spent a few hours watching Mr Bean and Benny Hills on iBook. I've jamed her .mp3 (her computer as she calls it) player with music of her favorite. That took some time too. She only slept for a couple of hours during the entire flight with almost no fuss at all.

Not only that, she is good as good a helper as an adult. When we checked in out suit case, she was questioning where it went. I told her we couldn't carry it ourselves onto the airplane, but it would be tranported to our destination. As soon as we landed in Beijing, Sienna asked whether our suit case got there.

I took her first to my home town leaving the Husband behind for a few days more with his mother. On our way to the airport, Sienna asked if I took daddy's black book with me. Without that book, "how could daddy take the airplane to join us later." She noticed the three passports I always showed together getting on board. Such a worrier. She doesn't seem to reject the idea of travelling just as I wished. "Take me to the city that is named after me." Yes, we will get to Siena one of those days.

Tired from meetings...

To travel is to watch...

A very smart and patient traveller...
