Fun at the Waterpark

It's a good idea for hibernating Canadian like us -- a indoor water park equipped with gigantic slides, fountains and pools. You walk into a typically tropical world, warm and humid -- a very cheap way to get away from the winter in the north. The two kids particularly enjoyed the simulated tidal waves in the pool. She sat on the floater letting the waves send her ashore. Or she walked against the current. She plays so well with the water. It's hard to tell she has just been inside the pool for the
4th time in her entire life. We drove back into town later in the afternoon, right on time for our Christmas dinner. One of our friends took on the position to host. We presented ourselves with presents and high spirits. Afterwards, we two families came back to our house for more present opening.
