Baby-sitting the Two Girls

March break started today. Sienna was going to join the Mandarin camp. But then we decided not to go today. We went to bed so late last night because of the new summer time change. I had agreed to baby-sit our friends' daughter for the afternoon. I might as well leave Sienna home to play with her. Ultimately, the decision was made because Sienna was complaing that her left ear was plugged. So I took her to a walk-in clinic. No fever. No infection to be seen. No other explanation. But it never hurts to check things out especially when I have the time to do so.

As soon as I applied a couple of ear drops which the doctor prescribed, everything was fine. We went to pick up C. We went to have a car wash and play in the park for a while. The two girls were so nice to each other. Sienna was very aware that she was the older one and naturally took up the protector's role. It's comforting to know she treats C exactly the same way that Rachel treats to her.
