The Cat That Says "Bless U" Needs to Be Blessed
I took our cat Max for a grooming appointment this morning. It was a spa treatment with shampooing and brushing etc. Consider this an attempt to ease my guilt somehow.
No matter what happens, it’s going to be painful. But unless we have to, I don’t want to surrender him to the humane society where he came from nearly 10 years ago. I should try my luck and give humanity a try. Maybe a senior citizen or a junior citizen out there would be interested in having a senior cat as a companion. So here is what I would say, only in draft, on a fly or a notice.
The Cat That Says “bless you” Needs a New Home
We adopted Max when he was about 2 weeks old. We named him “Max” because it sounded like a right name for a loving homey cat. Also it pairs up with my name “Min.” For the past ten years, we had been the best companions for each other. When our daughter was born 6 years ago, Max was acting like a big gentle brother and protector. At that time, he was substantially bigger in size than our baby. Our daughter considers that we are a family of 4 with Max included.
Max, in his tuxedo, always keeps himself very clean and healthy. Max is not an ordinary cat. He is a cat who says, “Bless you.” Whenever he hears someone sneeze in the house, he never fails to respond with a “meow.”
We are planning to relocate in China for the next couple of years. The country doesn’t have ready-made cat food like here while Max only sniffs over a gourmet people’s food. A lot of buildings don’t allow cat. If you are interested in providing Max with a new home, we would be so grateful. We are willing to pay for Max’ food and litter supplies all year around.
