Good Food Is Packed Small

We went up north to a foundry to collect a few of Lui’s rubber molds for his sculptures. It’s in a small town. We treated the owner of the foundry to a lunch. When it comes to food, a small quantity sometimes is an indication of good quality. As soon as I saw the plates, I knew it would turn out to be a delight. Even the desert was intriguing.
