Shadow Show

We went with a mother-son team to another old city district to see an on-going shadow puppet show. I am not interested in knowing or telling about how those paper-thin figures are made from. It has something to do with the insistence of using donkey skin and going through 8 steps… In today’s image world, shadow puppet show is a disappearing art/trade. No need to lament its passing. We sure got other painless ways to present life's comedy and tragedy.
