Doing My Sideline Job at Work

i am a so-called technical personal working in a non-technical environement. first day back at work for the new year though, i was asked to do something non-technical for a change.

the company manages $50 billion in assets on behalf of more than two million canadians. and yet, there is almost no print literature in chinese language for the increasing large chinese population in Canada. finally, the corporate brochure in chinese came out about a month ago. and now a flyer about the Registered Education Savings Plans. they outsourced a company to have it translated. and i was asked to do the proof-reading on these documents. since i know very little about the investment industry that i work for. i am really welcoming this opportunity to learn.
