puzzle solving, a piece of cake

i am not talking about her puzzle solving skill, which is amazing and better than me anyways. i want to mention the way she approaches it.

first of all, she loves doing it. it's one of favorite things she would initiate to do herself. now it's is back to be part of her bed time routine. after dinner, she goes into her room and finishes a puzzle first. then, we could move on to the bathing and reading.

secondly, she has fun doing it. no pains-taking effort here. she whistles and plays around with pieces. they are put together, magically, even before i realize anything.

and finally, when it's all done nice and neat, she mixes them up right away. "let's do it again." doesn't she want to save the complete picture for a little while, just to look and to appreciate her own work?

she acts like a wiz kid when it comes to puzzles solving!

last night, we were doing a 100-piece juncle theme. on one occasion, i found a right piece and put it in the right place. she took away the piece and tossed it in the air. she wanted me to say, "swiper, no swipping." this made her the famous saboteur character in the "Dora the Explorer". then she gave out a helpless sigh, "oh, man..." she put the piece back in place herself. end of the show.
