Solarium Story

It is the moving day today for Rachel's family. We went to help even they hired 4 movers to help already. Their work was mainly to move one grand piano and one upright piano. My work was, as I quickly realized, to set up the kitchen in the new house. And I did accomplish that by the end of the day. Everything was into it's place in the cupboard, the pantry and the fridge.

To me, kitchen is the center of the universe in a house. You settle the kitchen, you settle the house. Their kitchen is located at the center of the house anyways. And it's connected to a beautiful and spacious solarium that brings the whole backyard into the house or vice versa. What an awesome feature!

Sienna was sitting in the sun-filled room and said, "mommy, let's change our house!" She was very cooperative. I took advantage of my kitchen position, and let her try every in the snack department.

We ate our take-out in the sun room while watching the moon to go up. It was a good moving day!
