Wicked Me

In today's news, there was a seven-alarm blaze last night on the city's east end. It burned down everything that belongs to a couple, who are getting married in two weeks.

This was what I had to say, "well, isn't that a good way to start a new life together? They have very little to drag from the past to the future."

Somebody besides me said, "all their wedding preps are gone too."

I responded, "At least they still have each other."

I don't think I have enough to become a stand-up comedian, only enough to be an immoralist.
